A Persian Wound (2)

Year: 2025
Medium: Mixed media, acrylic, and graphite on canvas
Dimensions: 16 × 20 in (40.6 × 50.8 cm)
Collection: Arshia 2

A compact companion study places abstracted flesh above and below a band of Persian script. The painted text becomes both scar and threshold, separating two bodily fields while keeping them in uneasy dialogue. Created in Texas.
